I bought some polystyrene eggs and wrapped them in string – a cheap option but takes some patience!
Once they were all wrapped and the glue was try I cut the branches and little flowers using two dies. For the flower centres I used Liquid Pearls.
I picked up a cute little basket at an op shop that was perfect for the eggs, so I used my Tim Holtz Small Tattered Florals die (available at here Krafter’s Kart) to cut layered flowers and some leaves for the handle of the basket.
Finally I shredded some paper to line the basket with, finishing off my sweet little Easter basket. Die cuts don’t always have to be used in a flat project, you can curve, layer and shape them for just about any project you are working on!
